In consideration of being permitted to participate, the undersigned hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Highland Community Center (HCC), the Town of Mt. Gilead, their respective Board of Directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively "Releasees") from any and all claims, damages, judgments, losses, or liability of any kind arising out of or related to participation in the May Day Parade. If signing on behalf of a minor, the undersigned represents that they are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and is authorized to sign on their behalf.
HCC reserves the right to approve all participant registrations for the May Day Parade. The undersigned agrees to comply with all event rules. HCC reserves the right to remove any participant from the lineup for non-compliance. All such decisions are final.
