If you'd like to be a vendor at May Day, it's the first Saturday of May every year. Please fill out the form below and we will be happy to have you join our festivities and bring joy to our community!

Single Space — Dry Goods $50.00
Single Space — Food & Drink $60.00
Food Truck / Double Space $125.00
All payments must be made in advance online. No day-of payments will be accepted.
📐 Vendor Site Details
🔲 Site Size: 10 x 10 ⚡ Generators: All vendors must provide their own generator — no exceptions. 🚫 Restricted Areas: No vendors on the walkway, underneath the awning, or in the pavilion — this is strictly enforced per fire code.
🗓 Setup & Breakdown Schedule
📦 Setup: Friday, May 1st beginning at 6:00 PM or Saturday, May 2nd beginning at 7:00 AM 🏁 Breakdown: All vendor sites must be cleared by 6:00 PM on Sunday, May 3rd
🍽 Food Vendors — Health Department Requirement
All vendors selling food or beverages are required to be inspected by the Montgomery County Health Department and must have their issued permit on-site and available for inspection on the day of the event.

By participating in the May Day Festival, the undersigned agrees to release and hold harmless Highland Community Center (HCC), the Town of Mount Gilead, its Board of Directors, and all volunteers from any and all damages, judgments, or claims arising from participation in this event, and consents to the enforcement of all event rules and regulations.
You further acknowledge that your electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature and is legally binding under applicable law.
Please note: HCC reserves the right to approve or deny all vendor registrations. All such decisions are final.
