May Day Vendors
If you'd like to be a vendor at May Day, it's the first Saturday of May every year. Please fill out the form below and we will be happy to have you join our festivities and bring joy to our community!
VENDOR REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
Vendor Fees for May 2, 2026 Are as Follows:
Single Space Dry Good Vendor $50;
Single Space Food/Drink Vendor $60;
Truck/Double Space $125.00;
Additional $20.00 for Electricity.
All vendors are recommended to provide their individual generator due to electricity overload.
Vendor Sites are 10 x 10. Vendor set-up begins Friday, May 1st, at 6 PM and Saturday, May 2nd, at 7 AM. Vendor sites cleared by 6 PM on Sunday, May 3rd.
Payments must be paid in advance online.
*No money will be accepted on the day of the event.*
NO VENDORS ON WALKWAY OR UNDERNEATH AWNING or PAVILION DUE TO FIRE CODE.
All Vendors selling food will be required to be inspected by the Health Department and issued a Permit on the day of the event.

The undersigned hereby release and hold harmless HCC and the Town of Mt. Gilead the Board of Directors, Volunteers from any and all damages, judgements or claims; whatsoever, arises from participation in this May Day Event and consent to the enforcement of all rules.

By selecting the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature on this Agreement. You further agree that your signature on this document (hereafter referred to as your "E-Signature") is as valid as if you signed the document in writing.

HCC reserves the right to approve all vendor registrations for the May Day Celebration.

The E-signature agrees such decisions to be final.
